Pedro Gabriel maintains this website and all courses/products hosted herein (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, students, vendors, and other website users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms.
This Site offers courses/products for purchase, which focus mainly on Catholics who want to better understand or deepen their faith. Each course is composed of short, pre-recorded videos and by accompanying study guides/bibliographical suggestions. These courses/products are offered in English and are accessible online. Updates to the Terms
Pedro Gabriel may revise and update these Terms from time to time based on his sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when he posts them and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. The uninterrupted use of the Site by the user will constitute ratification of these terms, with the modifications and alterations that have been introduced.

No recommendation or information obtained by a user, directly and through the Site, whether oral or written, may constitute a guarantee of Pedro Gabriel if not expressly assumed here.
Pedro Gabriel does not warrant that the Site will be free of errors, interruptions, or viruses. Pedro Gabriel is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use of the Site. Pedro Gabriel is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, relevance, or legality of the content of courses made available on the platform by third parties.

Payments and Refunds

Pedro Gabriel reserves the right to change courses/products price or withdraw courses/products offering at any time. Pedro Gabriel does not provide a refund if you change your mind about the course that you chose to enroll in.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
